Capstone argument

Goal Statements 

Personal:

      To improve my GPA from its current 3.2 back to Deans list standing.

Interpersonal Goal:

     To set a new world record for the most high fives by a mascot in the course of one hour. 

Inclusive leadership:

   To change the image of the URI Greek community of being an exclusive organization instead to appear and act as an inclusive organization through the events that we run.

Crisis Management:

     My goal for the semester was to successfully change my focus in the college of business to general business while still being able to graduate in may.  A goal  that I placed on top of this was to also find a job by the end of winter break.
